It combines ionized-air bottle cleaning, negative-pressure filling, and magnetic cap-securing into a single unit, making it suitable for the cleaning, filling, and capping of syrups, liquid preparations, tinctures, and other small-volume liquid formulations across industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, and beverages. It can also be seamlessly integrated with other equipment to form a complete production line. The machine employs sealed-bottle-mouth ionized-air blowing to eliminate static electricity and thoroughly clean bottles, thereby ensuring effective pre-filling sanitation of plastic bottles containing oral liquid formulations. This cleaning system significantly enhances product clarity and improves the overall yield of conforming products. The filling section utilizes dual-chamber low-vacuum isobaric filling, while the capping section features magnetic-clutch-driven cap application, eliminating drip-off, foam overflow at the bottle mouth, missed fills due to unaligned bottles, and inadequate bottle positioning. Additionally, the inclusion of a bottle-bottom-and-shoulder positioning and clamping mechanism, along with an automatic clutch that disengages after the cap is fully tightened, effectively minimizes liquid sloshing, dripping, and misaligned caps caused by bottle-to-bottle collisions during continuous operation. These features not only help control risks of drug contamination in the work environment and packaging materials but also ensure compliance with GMP requirements throughout the production process, making this integrated line an ideal solution for manufacturers of liquid dosage forms.

Additionally, a bottle-bottom-and-shoulder positioning clamp and an automatic clutch for the capping head are incorporated to minimize liquid sloshing, dropping, and tilting caused by impact during continuous operation of the integrated unit.
