The FKGS series integrated filling and capping machine is primarily designed for the filling and sealing of small-dose glass and plastic bottles. It can perform a range of operations, including automatic bottle orientation (an invention-patented feature), mesh-belt buffered bottle feeding, large-wheel bottle separating, metered portioning, cap pressing (or screwing), in-line visual inspection, and bottle discharge via conveyor or mesh belt. The machine is controlled by a PLC and variable-frequency drive for main power on/off, features human–machine interface operation, and allows data display and storage on a touch screen. It complies with the requirements of the 2010 Edition of the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for Pharmaceuticals.

►The large indexing wheel ensures smooth bottle feeding, minimizing bottle jams and breakage for excellent stability.
► Utilizes negative-pressure filling, ensuring no filling occurs without a bottle present; the process is drip-free, prevents foam overflow, and avoids contamination of the bottle mouth and body.
► Parallel lid delivery, vertical lid pickup, vertical lid pressing, or magnetic capping.
► No bottle, no cap; cap shortage alarm triggers shutdown; automatic shutdown upon bottle accumulation.
