This integrated washing, filling, stoppering, and capping unit for eye-drop bottles consists of three main modules: bottle sorting, bottle feeding, ionized-air bottle washing, and filling–stoppering–capping. It is primarily used to perform a series of operations on eye-drop bottles, including bottle sorting, bottle loading, ionized-air washing, metered filling, internal stoppering, capping, and cap tightening. The entire production process is carried out under Class 100 laminar-flow protection and sterile isolation conditions, with each operational area separately isolated and protected, thereby ensuring aseptic production of eye-drop products. The system complies with the 2010 edition of China’s GMP requirements and can also be adapted for the production of other small-volume plastic-bottle products.
The integrated purging, filling, plugging, and capping unit for eye drops comprises a vial straightening and feeding section, an ionized-air purging section, and a filling, plugging, and capping section. It is primarily used to perform vial straightening, vial feeding, air purging, metering, split charging, internal plugging, cap placement, and capping for eye-drop vials. The entire production process is carried out under 100-level laminar-flow protection and aseptic isolation conditions, with each operational area separately isolated to ensure aseptic manufacturing of eye-drop products and compliance with the national GMP requirements (2010). This production line is also suitable for the manufacture of other small-capacity plastic vials.
