This integrated production line consists primarily of several standalone units, including an automatic bottle aligner, an ion-air bottle washer, a linear-piston filling machine, a magnetic capping machine, an electromagnetic induction sealing machine, and a self-adhesive labeling machine. It is designed to perform a series of operations for high-volume oral liquid products, including sorting and arranging bottles, removing particulate contaminants, metered filling, sealing, and labeling. The system is particularly suitable for plastic bottles containing viscous, high-density formulations that require tight torque closure, are prone to surface damage, and demand thorough cleaning.
This integrated production line comprises an automatic bottle arranging machine, an ionized-air bottle cleaner, a peristaltic pump filling machine, a magnetic capping machine, an electromagnetic induction sealer, and a labeling station. It is primarily used for the automated arrangement, dust removal, volume balancing and filling, sealing, and label application of large-capacity oral liquid products. This production line is particularly well-suited for handling plastic bottles with high levels of particulate contamination, as well as products that are highly adhesive, have a high specific gravity, require strong capping torque, are prone to bottle scratching, and demand stringent quality standards.
Among them, the ionized-air bottle-washing machine is an innovative product in its class, employing sealed-bottle-mouth ionized-air blowing to eliminate static electricity and clean bottles, thereby achieving effective pre-filling cleaning of plastic bottles containing oral liquid formulations. The application of this washing unit enhances product clarity and improves the rate of conforming products. The filling section features a high-level tank paired with a high-position stainless-steel pump for close-range filling (with a large-diameter nozzle, short delivery distance, and no dead zones—making it particularly suitable for paste-type products). The capping section utilizes magnetic-clutch capping, along with anti-drip and anti-stringing mechanisms after filling, as well as a bottle-bottom-and-neck positioning and clamping device and an automatic clutch mechanism that disengages once the cap is fully tightened. These features ensure stable operation of the integrated production line, effectively control the risk of pharmaceutical solution contamination of the working environment and packaging materials, and guarantee compliance with GMP requirements throughout the manufacturing process, making it an ideal integrated production line for manufacturers of all liquid dosage forms.
The ion wind bottle cleaner was the first of its kind to be developed in China. It seals the bottle mouth and uses ionized air to eliminate static electricity, thereby cleaning the bottle thoroughly. This system is particularly effective for pre-filling cleaning of plastic bottles containing oral liquid products, enhancing product clarity and improving the rate of conforming batches. The filling unit features close-range combined filling between a high-level jar and a high-level stainless-steel pump, characterized by a large-diameter design, short delivery distance, no dead corners, and suitability for paste-like formulations. The capping machine employs a magnetic clutch to securely screw on caps, effectively preventing drop-and-draw phenomena and ensuring reliable operation even when no bottle is present during filling. Additionally, a bottle-bottom-and-shoulder-position clamping mechanism, coupled with an automatic cap-screwing unit driven by the capping head, ensures stable operation of the entire linkage assembly, minimizes contamination of the pharmaceutical liquid by the working environment and packaging materials, and guarantees compliance with GMP requirements. As such, this equipment is ideal for manufacturers of liquid dosage forms.
