This integrated production line primarily consists of an automatic bottle aligner, a three-in-one integrated machine for washing, filling, and capping (featuring ion-air cleaning, negative-pressure filling, and magnetic cap-securing), an electromagnetic induction sealing machine, and a self-adhesive labeling machine. It is designed to perform a series of operations on high-volume oral liquid products, including sorting, dust removal, metered filling, sealing, and labeling. The entire production process operates continuously, making it suitable for plastic bottles that are prone to dust accumulation, foaming, dripping, require tight screwing, are easily scratched, and demand high throughput.

This automated production line comprises an automatic bottle arranging machine, a washing, filling, and capping unit (featuring ion-air cleaning, negative-pressure filling, and magnetic-cap sealing), an electromagnetic induction sealer, and a labeling station. It is primarily used for handling large-capacity oral solution products, performing dust removal, balancing and filling, sealing, and label application. The entire production process is carried out in a continuous operation mode. This line is particularly suitable for plastic bottles that are prone to foaming, dripping, excessive capping torque, or bottle scraping, as well as for applications requiring high product quality.

Notably, the integrated three-in-one production line represents a domestically innovative solution in its class. It employs sealed-bottle inlet ionized-air blow-off to eliminate static electricity and thoroughly clean bottles, thereby achieving effective pre-filling cleaning of plastic bottles used for oral liquid formulations. The implementation of this cleaning system enhances product clarity and improves the rate of conforming products. The filling section utilizes dual-chamber low-vacuum isobaric filling, while the capping section features magnetic-clutch capping, ensuring no dripping or foaming at the bottle mouth, no uncapped bottles being filled, and precise positioning and clamping of bottles by their bottoms and shoulders. Additionally, the capping head automatically disengages after fully tightening the cap. These innovations effectively minimize liquid sloshing, dripping, and misaligned caps caused by bottle-to-bottle collisions during continuous operation, thereby significantly reducing the risk of pharmaceutical contamination of the work environment and packaging materials. Furthermore, the system ensures compliance with GMP requirements throughout the production process, making it an ideal integrated production line for manufacturers of liquid dosage forms.

The three-function integrated machine is the first of its kind in China. It seals the bottle mouth, blows ionized air to eliminate static electricity and clean the bottle, and effectively cleans plastic bottles containing oral liquid products prior to filling. This cleaning machine enhances product clarity and improves the product qualification rate. The filling unit employs dual-chamber low-vacuum negative pressure technology to achieve precise, equivalent filling. The capping machine uses a magnetic clutch to screw on caps, thereby preventing cap drop, foam overflow at the bottle mouth, and overfilling in the absence of a bottle. Additionally, a bottle-bottom-and-shoulder positioning and clamping unit, together with an automatic clutch mechanism for the capping head, effectively reduce liquid swing, drop, and tilting caused by impact during continuous operation of the linkage assembly, thus minimizing contamination of the pharmaceutical liquid, the working environment, and packaging materials. These features ensure that the production process complies with GMP requirements, making this equipment ideal for manufacturers of liquid dosage forms.
