The FGS series stopper-adding machine is primarily designed for applying rubber stoppers to the openings of large glass infusion bottles and other glass bottles after filling. It can perform a range of operations, including individual bottle separation, bottle handover, opening positioning, stopper sorting and feeding, vacuum suction of stoppers, stopper removal and pressing, and track-based bottle discharge. The machine is controlled by a PLC and variable-frequency drive for main power on/off, with human–machine interface operation. It is equipped with a no-stopper detection alarm system that prevents stopper delivery when no bottle is present, and it can display and store data on the touch screen. The equipment complies with the requirements of the 2010 Edition of the Pharmaceutical Production Quality Management Regulations (GMP).
Key features:
►Suitable for Type A and Type C soda-lime glass infusion bottles in 50 mL, 100 mL, 250 mL, and 500 mL sizes, as well as the corresponding butyl rubber stoppers.
►This machine features a simple structure and reliable operation; it can be used for stoppering and, with minor modifications, adapted for capping or for use with a measuring cup attachment.
►The machine features stepless speed regulation via a frequency inverter, with fault indication during operation and an alarm that activates upon shutdown.
► For high-volume production, a dual-plugger is equipped, with a cam featuring a double-curve profile to precisely pick and place plugs, ensuring stable plug delivery and meeting production throughput requirements.
