Main uses:
This equipment is suitable for the automatic cap aligning, dropping, and crimping of glass infusion bottles used in the pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries, as well as for cap aligning and crimping (or screw capping) of other round and irregular-shaped bottles. The product line includes models such as FZ8, FZ12, and FZ18.
Main Applications:
Applicable to auto arranging, falling, capping of glass transfusion bottle in pharmaceutical, foodstuff, chemical engineering industries and so on. Also suitable for cap arranging, capping or cap turning of other round bottles and special-shaped bottles.
Performance Features:
- The operating procedure is: cap alignment, bottle feeding, cap hanging, cap pressing, and cap crimping.
- It employs variable-frequency speed control and is equipped with a photoelectric automatic control system, enabling automatic shutdown in case of bottle stacking or bottle shortage and ensuring coordinated operation across the entire line.
- The capping machine is equipped with a high-capacity electromagnetic oscillating hopper feeder, ensuring smooth cap movement, excellent sorting performance, high capping efficiency, and reduced labor intensity during the feeding process.
- Powerful lid removal, synchronous lid-pressing alignment, innovative design, precise operation, and reliable lid removal.
- It employs an adjustable head-tying mechanism, with either three-knife roll-sealing or two-knife roll-rolling for thread formation and two-knife roll-sealing. The capping process is precise and reliable, the threads are neatly formed, and the sealing quality is excellent.
Performance characteristics:
- The products include: arranging, conveying, fetching, pressing, and capping of caps.
- Frequency conversion with a photoelectric control system ensures the smooth operation of the production line. The machine automatically stops in the event of bottle accumulation or shortage.
- An electromagnetic vibration conveying device with a large capacity is used to arrange the caps. The cap movement is stable, and the cap supply rate is high, thereby reducing the labor intensity of material handling.
- Powerful cap picking and synchronized, regular cap pressing. Novel structure, precise operation, and reliable cap handling.
- With adjustable crimp. A three-cutter sealer is preferred for roll sealing, while a two-cutter sealer is suitable for spiral sealing or roll sealing. Capping is precise and reliable, the spiral appearance is neat, and the sealing quality is excellent.
