This integrated production line consists primarily of multiple standalone units, including bottle washing, filling (with vacuum and nitrogen purging), capping, visual inspection, and labeling. It is mainly used for the manufacture of 50-, 100-, 250-, and 500-mL fat emulsions, amino acid solutions, traditional Chinese medicine injections, and other high-end large-volume injectables, and is also suitable for the automated production of conventional large-volume injectables and other liquid products packaged in glass bottles.

Its production line encompasses the complete set of manufacturing processes, including glass bottle sorting and buffering, ultrasonic pre-washing and fine washing, vacuuming and nitrogen flushing, metered filling, three-blade capping, bottle-infeed conveying, bottle-outfeed conveying, visual inspection under illumination, and label application.

 

Key features:

►The facility offers diversified functionality: it can produce high-end infusion products requiring nitrogen protection, standard infusion products, and other liquid products packaged in glass bottles.

►The ultrasonic pre-wash bottle station can be equipped with either a cabinet-type or a rotary-type bottle washer to meet customers’ differentiated needs.

► The filling machine can be configured with either a rotary or linear design to meet customers’ diverse requirements.

►The nitrogen-filling section can be optionally configured with either a continuous vacuum–nitrogen filling system or an intermittent nitrogen-filling system, thereby meeting customers’ differentiated requirements for residual oxygen levels.

► Time-pressure filling is employed, enabling online CIP/SIP functionality.

►High filling accuracy, ≤±1.0%; minimal post-production material residue, only about 1 L, thereby improving yield and reducing costs.

►When operating at high throughput, the plugger adopts a dual-plugger design to ensure stability while increasing production capacity.

►The rolling blade is made of mold steel with excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance, ensuring smooth and polished caps after rolling.

►The capping section is equipped with an aluminum scrap collection device.

► The production line features fully integrated, coordinated control; when a bottle shortage is detected at any stage, the line automatically shuts down after a delay to ensure the safety of both the equipment and personnel.

►The production line can be adjusted to suit the specific on-site conditions of the user (e.g., turns, changes in direction, etc.).
