BCX(X)50/500 Series Cabinet-Type Ultrasonic Bottle Washer

The BCX(X)50/500 cabinet-type ultrasonic bottle washer is primarily designed for the preliminary washing of large glass infusion bottles and other glass containers prior to final cleaning or filling. It automates a series of operations, including individual bottle feeding, water filling, ultrasonic pre-washing, secondary internal and external rinsing with potable water, and track-based bottle discharge. The machine is controlled by a PLC and variable-frequency drives for main power on/off, with human–machine interface operation. It is equipped with sensors for monitoring water level, water pressure, and water temperature, and can display and store data on the touch screen, thereby complying with the requirements of the 2010 Edition of the Pharmaceutical Production Quality Management Regulations (GMP).

►Suitable for cleaning Type A and Type C soda-lime glass infusion bottles in 50 ml, 100 ml, 250 ml, and 500 ml sizes.

►The machine features stepless speed regulation via a variable-frequency drive, with fault indication during operation and an automatic stop alarm.
