Main uses:

This series of integrated production lines is divided into three operational zones—bottle washing, filling, and heat sealing—and can automatically perform ion-air bottle cleaning, pre-filling nitrogen purging, in-line metered filling with post-filling nitrogen purging, cap arranging, cap conveying, heating, and seal-joining operations. It is primarily suited for the production of large-volume parenteral solutions in medical-grade plastic bottles (BOPP bottles or non-bottle, non-bag flexible containers) by pharmaceutical manufacturers.

Main Applications:

This type of linking machine primarily comprises three operational zones: the bottle-washing area and the filling area. It can automatically perform processes such as ion-gas washing, nitrogen purging prior to bottle filling, metered filling, nitrogen purging after bottle filling, lid arranging, lid holding, heating, and lid sealing. It is mainly used in pharmaceutical enterprises for the production of medical plastic bottles, including BOPP bottles and soft bottles.

 

Performance Features:

  • The bottle washing, filling, and capping stations are integrated into a single unit, featuring a compact design and a small footprint.
  • The robotic gripper precisely positions and transfers bottles by gripping the neck, ensuring no scratches on the bottle body or bottom. Adjusting the specifications is exceptionally convenient—simply make a minor height adjustment; there’s no need to replace any component parts.
  • The unique pneumatic bottle-infeed mechanism perfectly resolves the integration with the blow-molding unit.
  • The unique ionized-air-and-vacuum tracking bottle-washing method significantly reduces energy consumption while ensuring superior cleaning performance.
  • A pneumatic diaphragm valve (or pneumatic pinch valve) is used to control the filling time, ensuring metering accuracy and enabling bottle-free filling. The system also supports in-line cleaning and disinfection.
  • A unique hot-melt welding sealing technology enables precise and adjustable control of the heating temperature at the bottle cap and bottle mouth. Accurate centering and uniform force distribution reliably ensure the quality of the sealed closure.
  • It features automatic control functions such as no cap delivery when bottles are missing and no heating when there are no bottles or caps.

Performance characteristics:

  • It is integrated with bottle washing, pilling, and welding, featuring a compact structure and a small footprint.
  • The manipulator only grips the bottleneck, leaving the bottle body and bottom unscraped. The standard components are height-adjustable and do not require replacement, making operation highly convenient. Moreover, the unique pneumatic bottle-feeding system ensures seamless integration with the blow-molding machine.
  • The unique ion gas–vacuum bottle-washing mode has significantly reduced energy consumption while ensuring thorough cleaning of the bottles.
  • A pneumatic diaphragm valve (or pneumatic pinch valve) is used to control the filling time, ensuring accurate measurement. Bottle-less filling is prevented, and bottle washing is enabled. Washing and disinfection functions are available during machine operation.
  • A unique heat-melting and lid-sealing technology is employed, allowing precise control and adjustment of the heating temperature for both the bottle cap and the bottle top. Accurate alignment and uniform pressure ensure reliable sealing quality.
  • It features automatic control: no lid conveying when no bottle is present, and no heating when either no bottle or no lid is present.
