Main uses:

This equipment is primarily used for cleaning glass bottles during the production of large-volume infusions, automatically performing the entire production process: screw conveyor bottle feeding, wheel-driven bottle transfer to a robotic gripper for 180° neck-flipping, external spray washing, internal rinsing, followed by another round of external spray washing and then wheel-driven bottle discharge after another 180° flip.

Main Applications:

This machine is primarily used for washing glass bottles during the production of infusions. It can automatically perform the entire process, including the auger’s insertion into the bottle, the bottleneck’s 180° rotation from the trackwheel folder to the manipulator for gripping, external rinsing, internal washing, and finally the trackwheel’s 180° overturning to transfer the bottles.

 

Performance Features:

  • Adopts a unique bottle-washing method featuring four water rinses, two air blows, and six workstations (with the number of wash cycles adjustable by the user);
  • The robotic arm grips the bottle neck, flips it 180° for precise positioning and rinsing, ensures accurate alignment, and achieves a high bottle-washing pass rate.
  • Changing specifications is simple and convenient—simply replace the screw conveyor, the bottle-infeed and outfeed indexing wheels, and the fine-adjustment grating; the robotic arm requires no replacement, enabling production of multiple specifications.
  • The rinsed injection water is routed to the randomly supplied recirculating water tank for use in the recirculating wash process, thereby conserving energy.
  • Circulating water washing, injection water washing, and clean-air blowing all utilize dedicated, independent piping systems, thereby eliminating the risk of cross-contamination.

Performance Characteristics:

  • A unique washing method featuring four water stations, two gas stations, and six wash stations is employed (adjustable based on the number of washes).
  • The manipulator can grip the bottleneck, rotate it through 180°, and precisely position it for washing, thereby improving accuracy and the yield rate.
  • It is simple and convenient to change the standard, which only need to replace the auger and trackwheel or fine-tune the barrier. Multi standard production can be done without changing the manipulator.
  • The washed injection water is routed to a randomly matched recirculating water tank and can be used for recirculating washing, thereby promoting energy conservation.
  • Cyclic washing, injection water washing, and clean air washing each utilize separate dedicated aqueducts to prevent cross-contamination.
