Main uses:
This equipment is designed for the automated production of liquid formulations—such as decoctions, honey preparations, syrups, compound preparations, tinctures, and other products packaged in plastic or glass bottles—in industries including pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, and beverages. It is particularly well suited for manufacturing products with high concentrations and viscosities, as well as for handling a wide variety of product specifications.
Main Applications:
This machine is suitable for the automated production of 50–1,000 ml liquid pharmaceutical products in plastic and glass bottles, including electuaries, honey, syrups, mixtures, and tinctures, across the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and beverage industries. It is particularly well-suited for manufacturing high-density, high-viscosity formulations and for multi-scale production runs.
Performance Features:
- Cylinder-type bottle stopper, robotic arm for precise bottle-neck positioning, accurate filling alignment, and no severe impact.
- Stepless metering adjustment, ranging from 50 to 1000 mL (a wide range requires replacement of certain component specifications); accurate metering with a metering error ≤ 1%.
- Increased inflow and outflow prevent clogging during high-concentration filling;
- Air-blowing parallel cap feeding, cam-driven cap separation, vertical cap picking by the capping head, and precise cap alignment during capping;
- Magnetic screw cap with adjustable tightening torque; magnetic clutch provides automatic disengagement to prevent damage to the bottle cap.
- Cam-driven bottle-body positioning mechanism ensures precise positioning, eliminates slippage, and prevents damage to the bottle body.
Performance Characteristics:
- With an air cylinder blocking the bottle and a manipulator positioning the bottle neck, this machine can fill accurately without collision.
- With stepless regulation, which is from 50ml to 1000ml (if the span is too large, some parts should be changed), this machine measures accurately with measurement error of “≤1%”.
- With large inflow and outflow rates, the machine prevents blockage during the filling of high-density liquids.
- The air blast aligns with the caps. The drive plate distributes the caps. The spiral cover head captures the caps vertically and precisely.
- The magnetic spiral cover allows for adjustable tightness, and the automatic clutch protects the bottle body from breakage.
- This machine provides precise positioning, prevents slippage, and protects the bottle from breakage by using a cam-driven bottle-positioning mechanism.
