Main uses:
This equipment is an integrated, dual-function machine that combines negative-pressure filling with magnetic cap-securing. The filling section employs a dual-chamber, low-vacuum, equal-pressure filling method, while the capping section utilizes a magnetic clutch, making it particularly well-suited for products that are prone to foaming, dripping, require tight torque, or may easily scratch the bottle surface.

Performance Features:
- No bottle, no filling; filling is completely drip-free, ensuring no contamination of the bottle neck threads or the bottle body.
- No foaming occurs during filling, and no liquid overflows from the bottle mouth.

- Cam-driven bottle-body positioning mechanism ensures precise alignment, eliminates slippage, and prevents damage to the bottle body.

- Filling is without froth or liquid spillover.
- It can wash and sterilize in line.

- The air blast is parallel to the caps. The drive plate distributes the caps. The spiral cover head captures the caps vertically and accurately.
- The magnetic spiral cover allows for adjustable tightness, and the automatic clutch protects the bottle body from breakage.
- This machine provides precise positioning, prevents slippage, and protects the bottle from breakage by using a cam-driven bottle-positioning mechanism.
