Main uses:
The system comprises three standalone units—the KLCX40(60) ultrasonic cleaning machine, the KSH420(620) sterilization and drying machine, and the DGZ8(12) or FKGZ20(30) oral liquid filling and crimping machine—along with an integrated control system. It is divided into three operational zones: ultrasonic cleaning, drying and sterilization, and filling and sealing. The equipment can automatically perform a series of processes, including water rinsing, ultrasonic cleaning, water flushing, air flushing, drying, sterilization, filling, cap alignment, cap crimping, and counting, making it particularly suitable for the production of oral liquids and other small-volume solutions in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
